The machine uses the squeeze dewatering principle, squeezing the water from the plastic by rotating screw. The water will flow out from the bottom. The plastic will become hot through high intensity extrusion friction and will plasticizing mildly by the mold heating. Finally, the blade will cut the granules from the mold.
The machine is used to squeezing washed raw materials include LDPE agriculture film, LLDPE strength film, PP woven bag and jumbo bag, etc. After squeezing, the materials become dehydrated flakes or lumps. The moisture they contain will be lowered down to 2%-3%. The higher density flakes and lumps fed into pelletizing extruder not only increase the capacity, but also help protect the pelletizing machine.
